Our team of doctors, nurses, social service practitioners, nutritionists, community organizers, receptionists and volunteers offers a range of services and referrals to individuals and groups in our community.

The CLSC is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Doctors are available by appointment only. Our team can respond to your health concerns, provide prescribed treatment and help you manage a chronic disease

Vaccinations

We provide vaccinations to people of all ages on an ongoing basis and organize a flu vaccination clinic which usually takes place every Fall.  For more information, click here

• CLSC de NDG–Montréal-Ouest: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 9:30am
• CLSC René-Cassin: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 9:30am, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 10am

Nutrition

Our nutritionist can be a resource if you have a medical condition or risk factors that require dietary and lifestyle changes.

Social service

We can be your first source of support and guidance. Our intake team is available on a walk-in basis or by telephone to assist individuals experiencing difficult situations or simply looking for information.

Counselling

We offer counselling services for specific needs on a short term basis and provide referrals to internal and external services. 

Support to organizations

Our community organizers support local organizations at different stages of their development which act to address common issues or concerns.

Prevention

Our team of professionals regularly offers health promotion workshops to community groups and to the community at large.
