Users' Committee
The Users' Committee of CSSS Cavendish plays an important role in enforcing the rights of clients and users and in promoting the improvement of service quality.
The Committee offers:
- information on users' rights
- support in the treatment of complaints
Members are clients and volunteers of the CSSS Cavendish and they have been elected to represent users. Two members sit on the Board of Directors of the CSSS Cavendish. To contact the Users' Committee: 514-484-7878, #1728.
The CSSS Cavendish obtained its accreditation!
CSSS Cavendish obtained its accreditation with condition from Agrément Canada and the Conseil québécois d'agrément. Click here to read the Accreditation Report (in French).
