Regular sessions of the board of directors 2012

Meetings are held at Richardson Hospital:
5425 Bessborough, in the cafeteria.

The agenda is posted five days before the meeting at each CSSS site. 

In accordance with article 161 of the Act respecting health services and social services, L.R.Q. c. S-4.2, the meetings of the Board of Directors are public and include a question period for the public. 

In accordance with article 46 of the internal by-laws of the Board of Directors of the establishment, every person present at a board meeting may, with the authorization of the President, ask a question as long as he or she respects the conditions and procedures as outlined in the by-laws. 

Procedure to follow to ask the Board of Directors a question

A person who wishes to ask the Board of Directors a question, must be in the room in which the board meeting is being held within 30 minutes before the beginning of the meeting. He or she must provide his or her name, address, and the organization that he or she represents, if applicable, to the meeting chairperson or the person that the chairperson designates. He or she must indicate the subject of the question.
