General profile of the Centre de santé et de services sociaux Cavendish
The CSSS Cavendish offers health and social services, rehabilitation services and long-term care to a population of 119,840 people (according to the 2006 census).
It consists of the CLSC de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce–Montréal-Ouest, CLSC René-Cassin, Richardson Hospital and the Father-Dowd, Henri-Bradet, St. Andrew's and St. Margaret's Residential Centres.
Situated in the western section of Montreal, its territory includes Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Montreal West, Côte St-Luc, Hampstead and Snowdon-West (postal codes H3X, H4A, H4B, H4V, H4W, H4X). According to the last census in 2006, the CSSS serves a population of approximately 119,840 people.
It has 1,265 employees including 26 general practitioners. Every year, the CSSS Cavendish- centre affilié universitaire, receives more than 500 students from various disciplines.
The CSSS Cavendish is a designated institution, meaning that it must also provide all of its services in English.
The CSSS Cavendish obtained its accreditation!
